Complete dismantling of machine, repair and replacement of all wear out / damaged components, sub-assemblies and accessories as per scope of work
The slides are scrapped / grind and are blue matched to confirm geometrical alignment of slides
Complete assembly of the machine after reworking, repair and replacement
Machine is re-build with new CNC control system
New wiring is done for main electrical panel, field element if found faulty are replaced as per agreed scope of work
All the geometrical accuracies are checked with job trials and machine is two-handed over to production
